“In Portugal, the dogmas of the faith will always be kept etc”.
These are the first words of the Third Secret. They were spoken by Mary in the apparition of July 13, 1917. They follow the First and Seconds Secrets. It was at the end of Lucia’s Third Memoir that she first wrote these words. It was something of a bombshell.
Father Joaquin Alonso, the official archivist at Fatima, said that "It can clearly be deduced from this that in other parts of the Church these dogmas are going to become obscure or lost altogether."
